I am proudly introducing you “Naomi-Campbell.crypto” my first tokenized artwork in collaboration with NFT design. Our humble tribute is dedicated to one of the most prominent women of our times – Naomi Campbell, the legendary supermodel, and a role model across the globe.

This work consists in combining a real painting, a crypto domain, and a collectible which is inspired in the painting. Although my portrayal is real, thanks to blockchain technology this artwork also exists in the digital world as an original and unique collectible piece of art.

The particularity of this technology will also allow the digital version to be updated overtime, therefore it adds exciting multiple layers of reality. For this painting of Naomi, I used a mixed technique of acrylic on canvas, making an abstract illustration of her. Since I'm self-taught I am free to use my own intuition to workout shades with warm and cold colors, reaching a balance between light and depth.

My painting is about an empowered woman with an overwhelming energy, who's inner light shines as a consequence of knowing her destiny. This artwork lives now as a dynamic digital original on the blockchain being the first one of its kind. However, more layers of meaning will be added in the future to enrich this special artwork.

Hope is the essential necessity of our time. Quoting Naomi “We've got to face our fears and go through the emotions”, I humbly believe this is the right painting to begin with in 2021.
